If you have been hanging around DesiLu for vey long, you will know, we love dogs around here.  Heck, that's where our business name even comes from - our rescues- Desi and Lucy.  For the past 5 years we have been working closely with an amazing organization called Project Pearl to help photograph their rescues to help them get adopted. It is honestly one of our favorite projects and has lead to the adoption to one of our babies, Lil Ricki (anyone picking up on our theme here).  

It never fails, every time we do a session with them- we fall in love with a pup!  And this time was no exception.  Now, personally, I am a fan of small dogs... but when this big ole goofy pup said hello by crawling in my lap and giving me a hug... it was love at first sight!  

Unfortunately we do not enough room in our tiny lives for Rocky... but we sure would love it if one of you would!

Rocky is currently receiveing life saving treatment for heartworms but should be healthy and ready for adoption by April of 2018.
